The work will involve a focus on:
* Working through "can't"
* Building confidence through specificity and story mapping in a song
* Embracing your "freak flag"
* Learning the power of suggestion in performing (suggestion to yourself)
* Knowing your audience and using their energy to give a gangbusters performance
* Finding where your Muse lives (Comedy, tragedy, character, poetry...etc...)
* Working with journalling (and other tools)
* Managing expectations, ego, and avoiding toxic thought patterns in singing and acting
